What to Expect
When you start any adventure, it begins with a choice. In the first session, you get the opportunity to get to know me as a therapist and more importantly as a person that you can trust.
I like giving parents, couples and individuals the opportunity to develop boundaries and expectations from the very first session. this often includes giving room for client’s to ask me some questions before I start to ask some as well. Like all relationships, your needs cannot be met if YOU do not feel safe.
