Get Out There!

It starts like all things do, the first step. Starting Rebel Soul Counseling has been a dream of mine for years as I am driving to support the community I live in and to provide high quality options for family and individual treatment. Please don’t take this as a slam on other places, which work well for many, but loses the personality of having an actual relationship with clients.

I am, above all else, driven by this idea that I am called to be a therapist. Either by God, the Dao, mystical fairy unicorns in outer space (I’m kinda silly sometimes), or whatever you find in your beliefs. To me, all signs point toward God pulling and pushing me toward loving my neighbors and providing support when it is needed most.

You will see in these blogs, Terry, the person, father, and husband more than the therapist. I like to share what drives me and to give some insights on how I have survived so far to make it toward thriving instead.
